
As Peacock scaled, the Atlas Design System struggled with inconsistent usage, unclear ownership, and limited accessibility across teams. This created friction in both design and engineering workflows. I helped operationalize and scale the system by improving documentation, establishing contribution workflows, and driving cross-team adoption.
